Quelques soient les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques&nbsp;on remarque que cela ne d\u00e9semplit pas &#8230;et les participants eux-m\u00eame r\u00e9clament de pratiquer la gym&nbsp;dans les m\u00eames conditions que leurs enfants: dehors, au grand air ! Les exercices sont toujours adapt\u00e9s en fonction des niveaux et contraintes physique (mal de cou \/ mal de dos etc&#8230;) de chacun des participants.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un \u00e9chauffement (++), les diff\u00e9rents exercices et ateliers permettent de travailler sa mobilit\u00e9, son \u00e9quilibre, d&rsquo;entretenir le syst\u00e8me cardio-vasculaire et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer sa posture. Les exercices de renforcement musculaire sont le fil rouge des s\u00e9ances; ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 cela des abdominaux&nbsp;et un travail sur les cuisses et les fessiers.
